Police are investigating a fatal ATV collision that occurred on Cordova Road on Thursday, Oct. 5.
Members of the Central Hastings Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say that on Thursday, shortly after 3 p.m., officers received a report of a single vehicle collision involving an ATV on Cordova Road.
Officers attended alongside the Hastings Quinte Paramedic Service and the Marmora and Lake Fire Department; they discovered that the single ATV had left the roadway.
A 66-year-old from Marmora and Lake was pronounced deceased as a result.
Police say the investigation is ongoing, with the assistance of technical collision investigators and a collision reconstructionist.
