Police are investigating a significant fire that took place last week near the village of Tweed.
The Central Hastings Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) state that on Sept. 30, at approximately 3:45 a.m., officers responded to an agricultural property on Crookston Road, Central Hastings for a report of a large fire.
Police say that up to four thousand hay bales, as well as farming equipment, were lost to the fire.
Investigators are looking to speak to the motorists that were seen in the area at the time of the fire, as well as canvass any nearby residents who may have captured footage of vehicles on their doorbell and CCTV cameras.
