North Grenville OPP charge suspect after truck vs. pedestrian hit-and-run

Police in North Grenville have made an arrest in a reported hit-and-run that took place on Tuesday, Feb. 6 at the Colannade Drive plaza.

The incident happened at about 4 p.m., when a pedestrian was hit by a red truck “with distinct headlights.”

Police say the victim was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police reported over X later that day that a suspect was arrested and charged with dangerous operation causing bodily harm and failure to stop after accident. OPP did not name the suspect.
