Belleville police release photos of suspects in weekend bank robbery

Belleville police are continuing to investigate the bank robbery that occurred at the Alterna Credit Union on Saturday, March 16.

On Tuesday, March 19, police released images of the suspects and the suspect vehicle.

Belleville police continue to seek anyone who may have witnessed the incident; witnesses are asked to contact Det.-Const. Stephanie Bested at 613-966-0882 ext. 4170 or sbested@bellevilleps.ca.

Police do not believe this occurrence is linked to the suspicious package which was located earlier in the day on March 16 on Keegan Parkway.

Anyone who may have dashcam, CCTV or other video footage in the area of the robbery on Saturday is requested to upload directly to police investigators.

Specifically, investigators are requesting video from home, business cameras or vehicle dash cams from a stretch of Sidney Street between Bell Boulevard to Dundas Street West from 12:30 to 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 16t.
